India’s Southern most Railway Terminal at Kanyakumari designed by me

The largest post-independence Railway Station terminal styled in Dravidian Architecture with improvised colonnaded façade. This 1,00,000 sq.ft. Railway station design was selected by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri. Morarji Desai in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamilnadu  Shri. M.G. Ramachandran in 1977 when  I was only 26 years old.

As per “Discovered India” website, Kanyakumari Railway Station is the 12^th most beautiful railway station in India.
